Simon & Sigalos, LLP Case Update
UPDATE: Simon & Sigalos, LLP is pleased to announce that the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals recently unanimously affirmed the final judgment entered by U.S. District Judge Robin L. Rosenberg in favor of the firm’s client, The Learning Experience System, LLC. The final judgment had been entered by Judge Rosenberg last year following a two week trial. George L. Sigalos, Esq., firm partner, who tried the case last year along with associate attorneys Jennifer Boussy Carroll and Heather Kruzyk, argued the appeal at the 11th Circuit US Court of Appeal in Atlanta Georgia last month.
The Appellate Court’s ruling affirming the favorable judgment for TLE seals a major victory in a significant, complex case handled by Mr. Sigalos for his client.
