Eric A. Rice is a new associate attorney at Simon & Sigalos, LLP and focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation.

Eric first joined the firm as a law clerk in 2019 and was recently promoted to associate attorney after receiving his juris doctor, summa cum laude, from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and being admitted to the Florida Bar. During his time in law school, Eric served as the Executive Editor for the Nova Law Review and worked as a faculty research assistant. Before attending law school, Eric earned his undergraduate degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he majored in Marketing.
